Title:Marketing Guru required for Photography Tuition website

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

Hello

I have recently invested in some quality seo work on my website which is paying dividens in terms of traffic. I do not seem to be able to turn a percentage of that traffic in to sales though, so I think the problem lies within the page content.

I'm looking for a dynamic internet marketing guru who can work alongside myself and my seo guy to ensure people buy before exiting the site. The page content is pretty specific due to the nature of the product, so really just needs re-inventing as opposed to starting a fresh.

You can see view my current Photography Workshop page by clicking the link below;

You can view my current Photography Holiday page by clicking the link below;

http://oneworldimages.photium.com/photography-holidays

There does not at present seem to be an issue with these pages, they get plenty of traffic and people click through them via the links at the bottom.

Here is an example of a current photography workshop;

http://oneworldimages.photium.com/page12824.html

And here is an example of a current photography holiday;

http://oneworldimages.photium.com/page12448.html

The above two pages both get good amounts of traffic, but struggle with sales.

I'm looking for someone who can work alongside us, as and when required and can rectify these issues. I will provide the intial page content for each workshop/holiday and email the draft to you. I would like you to amend it for marketing and send it back to me as a word document. I will then work alongside my seo guy and upload it to the net.

It's very important that our keyword phrases are kept within the content, so this is something you need to consider.

I'm looking for work to be done on the "Real Greece" and "Ocean & Lakes" page's only in the first instance. If the work produces results we will move on the the other current pages and also each new workshop and holiday.

My budget is for the above 2 pages and I've estimated that this work will take between 1 and 1.5 hours per page. If you do not feel the budget is realistic, let me have your thoughts.

Considerations:

1) I'm out most of the day, so communication will be of an evening the majority of the time.
2) You need to be able to work as part of a small team. Most things are done on a remote basis, I do like the odd team meeting though to discuss ways of moving forward. I'm in Worcs, my seo guy is in Lincs, so we meet somewhere in the middle.
3) At present we are looking at 4 to 6 pages a month, something we wish to expand on - sales dependant!
4) I don't need a "war & peace" bid from you. Let me know you thoughts, experience (no CV) and give me a contact number for someone you've done this type of work for in the last 12 months.
5) Please ask any questions via the board, this will save me answering the same thing over and over.
6) This will be ongoing business for the right person.

Thank you for taking time to consider this oppotunity. If you feel you are the right person for the job, please get in touch.

I'm looking for the work on both these pages to be done by the 2nd week in October, and within 3 working days of me accepting a bid. I will close the biding on this job when I have 6 people on my shortlist.

Thank You

Si

I was going to bid and noticed you wanted a real "guru" for £50?

I won't be able to give you much of my time for that so, good luck with your venture.

Hi Steve

Did you read the post carefully? I did state in the advert that my budget was between £18 and £25 per page. The PPH system won't let me put this, thats why it's in the body of the ad.

I also stated that if anyone found the rate un-reasonable (as it was was guesstimate) to let me know and we can discuss it.

I can't be more honest than that mate.

Many thanks for inviting me to bid Simon. Very much appreciated. Although I'll admit to being a marketing guru (qualified + a marketing book to my name), unfortunately my daily activities at the moment preclude me from being available short notice for meetings etc. Also for consideration is my per hour rate, currently at £35 + 40p per mile which is perhaps outside your target rate.

Otherwise, all the very best. A hint to bear in mind is that a picture for a professional photographer should be worth more than a thousand words - SEO terms for photographers are sadly all identical.

Cheers
Ed
