A start up provider of Business Analysis, Project management training and consultancy requires a dynamic, proactive and versatile Marketing Executive / Administrative Assistant.
Our training courses are targeted towards achieving the industry qualifications and improving career progression for entry level candidates, those changing careers and or those who have not had any formal training in Business Analysis and Project Management.
Responsibilities:
• Managing contacts and answering enquiries made through e-mail, website or phone call
• Follow up leads – by emails and phone calls
• Manage online marketing strategy:
Newsletters
Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc) – updating with relevant content, upcoming courses and events
Ownership and promotion of the company brand – particularly increasing brand awareness
Management of PPC agency work – working with our agency to provide them with any information required, reporting on results and leads
Providing leads to sales people
Blog management – some research will be required. Good writing skills an advantage
Complete ownership of all our social media interactions in order to increase brand awareness
• Content management on website – mainly text changes.
Who we’re looking for:
• A good sense of team work and flexibility
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Knowledge and experience of Online/Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Strategy, PPC, Blogging,
• Excellent copywriting and ability to engage with people online
• Self-starting, drive to succeed
• Extremely organized, able to take charge of and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Eye for detail, Proactive, dynamic, fun to work with
• Fluent in English with excellent telephone manners
• Knowledge of Web Content Management (optional)
You will be required to work for 4 hours/day Mon – Fri. More hours and weekend work might be required as the business grows so flexibility will be a great advantage.
