Dear Roland,

I wanted to confirm that the project includes administering the survey and analysing the data. Or if it is just designing the survey.

Regards,

Federico

It depends slightly on how you suggest we do the survey. If you suggest a style of approach that requires your assitance in administering the survey and analysing the data then it will be included but if you can construct things so that it is easy for us then in order to keep costs down we would do it that way. I am sorry if that is a little unspecific but as it is the first time we have done this we are still learning what is possible and what is not.

Please can you confirm if the survey can be produced in excel format.

Also can you advise what sort of questions you require and for what sort of external data.

thanks,

Excel is fine but not obligatory. Questions can be discussed during our initial briefing

Hi Roland

Please could you tell me what contact information do you hold for your members, e.g. phone numbers, direct email addresses?

Also, how do your normally keep in contact with your members? Do they prefer postal, telephone or email contact?

Many thanks

Laurance
