D. D. on 10/05/2010 16:20Dear Roland,
I wanted to confirm that the project includes administering the survey and analysing the data. Or if it is just designing the survey.
Regards,
Federico

It depends slightly on how you suggest we do the survey. If you suggest a style of approach that requires your assitance in administering the survey and analysing the data then it will be included but if you can construct things so that it is easy for us then in order to keep costs down we would do it that way. I am sorry if that is a little unspecific but as it is the first time we have done this we are still learning what is possible and what is not.

L. H. on 19/05/2010 11:08Hi Roland
Please could you tell me what contact information do you hold for your members, e.g. phone numbers, direct email addresses?
Also, how do your normally keep in contact with your members? Do they prefer postal, telephone or email contact?
Many thanks
Laurance

R. K. on 19/05/2010 16:07We hold emails and phone numbers for all our members. We contact them in a variety of ways depending on the topic
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
