Hi,
What are you looking to get at the end of this project - what kind of report do you expect to get? Are you looking for specific questions to be answered from the existing report? Are you look to prove or disprove some hypothesis etc?

Thanks

Please define edit: copy edit? Proof-read? Re-write where necessary?

Is it a 10000 word report or a10000 page report ?
What do you expect from the editing assignment ? Basically what is the deliverable you want to see ?
Kindly be specific because bidder want to know the quantum of work as well as the expectations or specifications with full clarity.

Er, S.V, assuming comfort breaks, eating, sleeping etc 10,000 pages would take around two years to edit • and that's going some. I think we can safely assume it's words, which would be approximately 30 A4 pages, double spaced.
