Magento build from supplied PSDs

Hi,

I'm looking for quotes on the creation of a Magento theme from supplied PSDs and 2 or 3 specified extensions.

The project hasn't started the design phase yet, so build won't be for a couple of months, but I'm starting to look for potential developers now.

- I need the build to be as skinnable as possible so I can re-use the build for other projects without needing a huge amount of development.

- I think there will be approx 8 templates:

1. home
2. category with dynamic filtering
3. product
4. basket
5. checkout
6. about / generic content page
7. blog including commenting
8. landing page / campaign page

The theme needs to roll out to all pages in the site that aren't supplied as PSDs.

I'm looking to build a long term relationship with a Magento developer who is happy to skin / build sites from my specifications / designs.

I want to work with a developer who digs HTML5, CSS3, JQuery / Mootools / equivalent etc. I'll be aiming to produce a site with a UI as well designed / built as Threadless.

I'm considering selling the Theme via Magento Connect if the design ends up being good enough.

I'm looking for fixed price quotes, but understand the quote could change once you see the final specification.
