Magento Site Amends

I've got a development Magento website:

I would like the following amends doing in one go

1. Setup Paypal to take payments with website

2. Two new dropdown menus to be put in to work with the search. The two dropdowns will pull from the attributes for color and fragrance and will help filter the search.

3. The news in the sidebar on the internal pages takes from a Worpress news system main content. I need a summary box adding back into Wordpress which will then pull into this area.
