Magento - various bug fixes and alterations

We require an experienced Magento developer to assist us in resolving various issues with an existing site of one of our clients, as well as adding some functions and advising on others.

Please see attached file for list of work with a basic summary below:

1 - Design refresh (not a full redesign) - minimalist with new homepage slides
2 - Add text & logos/buttons etc to various pages (approx 8 small jobs)
3 - Create 3 x new pages
4 - Implement current rewards points extension correctly
5 - Minor settings changes to checkout view
6 - Setting up of client groups with various discounting levels which apply automatically on checkout.
7 - Advise on using some functions in Magento which the client is unsure of.
8 - Implementation of an unpaid invoice reminder extension
9 - Adjustments to the order form (new prices & options)
10 - Setting up of separate printable order form (not pdf but using feeds)
11 - Set up product review function
12 - Ensure consistent fonts throughout site
13 - Implement a worldwide postage calculation solution
14 - Add Twitter/FB buttons to checkout page
