Magazine cover design

I am submitting a proposal for funding for a Christian family magazine and I need a mock up of the cover done by Monday 2nd May 2011. It will include redesigning an existing masthead to give it a UK feel. It must look like one of the quality magazines ie..Cosmopolitan, Ebony....so that it will stand out on the shelf. I am also looking for a graphic designer to take on the project of doing the layout of the magazine on a monthly basis. You must creative, flexible and have an international/ multicultural, non judgemental outlook as the mag is targeting a secular readership. I have a limited budget.
