Title:MS ACCESS database by 21/03/2011

I am going for a job interview on Tuesday, so need this doing by Monday. Please only bid if you can create a database by about 7pm tomorrow night (could be later with tweaks).
Don't worry - I am not apply for a computing job and trying to pass off the database as my own work! The job is for a research post and I have designed a database that I would eventually use if I got the job, to store all my research. I could have a go at creating it myself on MS Access, but it's been years since I've used that programme and it would take me forever (and I don't have the time).
It would be great if I could actually use the database - to insert data. I only have microsoft professional on my laptop though...the interviewer will probably only have MS Office too, so realistically, I think MS Access would be the one to use, but if you can suggest a different solution, I'm happy to hear that.
I have attached 3 word documents as 3 pages. I would want all of those colums on the same page, in that order, so that I could put information in every column for each record.
I'm not the most tech-savvy of people, so I've no idea if what I'm asking is do-able or how complex! Or if I've made any sense in the documents? Instructions for you are in UPPER CASE.
Finally, as an individual, looking for a job, I don't have huge amounts of cash, so please don't pitch like you would to a business (and I'm not expecting front-end magic here!). Obviously, if I get the job, there might be more work in this, but for now - cheap and cheerful!!! :}
You will also have to provide me with instructions on how to save the database you create onto my computer.
