Looking for a Designer on an hourly basis

Hi I'm looking for a designer to help me with my work. I'm a designer myself and I need some help for maybe 1 or 2 hours a day. You need to be an ok Designer and very creative. You'll basically be helping me with all kinds of things so it can be anything from whipping up a quick logo to making a banner or a header or a flyer whatever. All rounders are even more preferred so if you can anything to do with CSS, HTML, Wordpress etc etc Awesome but it's not needed needed being an ok designer is more important. I pay €10 - €12 euros an hour and don't mind working with foreigners at all as long as you can get your work done. Oh and if you can speak Italian or German on top that shall get you a few more plus points.
