Job Description
We are a new television company specialising in television production.
We are looking for a creative graphic designer to create us a modern and clean company logo which looks similar in style to the logos we have attached.
We would like you to be creative in your ideas, and we would like to go for a green and dark pink colour scheme, however this is not set in stone and if you think a different colour scheme would work better, this is fine.
We will require to see your previous work and possibly a mock before we can accept you as the winner.

We need this completed within 5 days and as a high res PSD or AI file.

M. on 08/11/2010 10:14I echo Micheal, those designs are lovely, but your budget is very low, especially if you're looking for a draft on spec (which I'd be wary of, a draft idea should be just that, a work in progress and can often put you off a designer who could be just right). I'd be willing to draft ideas for a budget at 10x your level - but you'd be paying for about 3-4 hours work here at this price.

Its not fair to ask people to create something for free first. You dont go to a mechanic and ask them to fix a bit of the car so see if he really is a mechanic.
We have worked with some of the largest business in the UK including channel FIVE but we would not submit any work for free. And thus you have lost out on our expertise.

Its not that, its just you wouldn't belive the amount of projects we've awarded people and got back terrible work. With so many designers simply modifying templates, i'm no longer willing to accept any designers who cannot offer a mock. (I don't mind if its a written mock or pencil drawing, just anything to show the creativity.)
If you wanted a video you would get a full drawn story board... thats how it works in TV.
