Logo design

Hi,
I am a video production editor and my client has asked me to out source the creation of a logo.
There is quite a wide scope for this but I will try to assist as best as possible, but please note that I will be the 'middle man' and sending your designs to the client for approval and comments.

Here is the brief

Company name: Global I-Casts

The company will basically provide pay per view live broadcasting over the internet for non music sectors. We are right at the very start with this. Initially I am looking for a logo to use on documents and need this v quickly. At some later stage we will need to develop the brand more thoroughly for use in print and online. There is currently no website (although we have secured the domain).

Looking for something global – like a globe (without it being too much
of a cliché)

Looking for something modern

We need to include the name with the logo.

Logo has to be hard hitting as we have some serious discussions in
progress with potential clients.

Currently no colours associated with the name – open to suggestions on
this and design

Timeframe - Urgent. I will need you to work on this over the weekend (21st / 22nd January) and send me samples for me to forward on to the client over the weekend. The final delivery of the logo needs to be provided on Monday 23rd January. I have been advised that my client is available over the weekend to give comment etc so communication shouldn't be an issue.

Please only apply if you have past experience and an online portfolio of other logos you have created. Also good communication skills are a must.

Please come back to me with a bid and what I will get for the price you are quoting? i.e. how many draft logos will you create to start with before (hopefully) one is chosen and asked to be developed.
