Logo Design

I run a cake business which includes celebration cakes and cake decorating workshops and parties. My current logo is a generic logo which I'm seeing lots of the same design in my locality, which isn't good. I would like something that appeals to my customer base and points towards the type of cakes I decorate. I produce, amongst other things, vintage style wedding cakes and cupcakes and hold the parties in my vintage styled workshop in WRexham, North Wales. I am looking to use soft pastel shades that would appeal to a wide age range. I like something along the lines of a doily with a cupcake in the middle but I don't have any hard and fast ideas. I would like to use the logo in all my marketing material and be instanty recognisable.
