My agency works for various clients, offering a complete suite of internet marketing services from website design and build through to search and email marketing. Owing to recent growth, I am now looking to outsource some of our functions, starting with link building.

So, I need someone who can offer me services that don\'t involve submissions to low-value directories or link farms, but who will put in the legwork to develop links for my clients from a mix of high-value sites, blogs and such things as e-zine articles. Sites will need to be appropriate and relevant to each client\'s industry and I will need to sign off on the sites and any copy that you may write before you place the link. I will consider some reciprocal linking, but you should not assume that this will be possible for all links. Do a good job and this should be an ongoing relationship.

I would like to hear bids for a fixed cost per link generated with, say, a minimum of 10 links a month.
