Link Building For My Website

I am looking for someone to place links to my website in directories, other websites, forums and blogs.

I am looking for around 150 - 200 links to begin with. I will supply the winning bidder with a very basic spreadsheet to keep track of the links they have made for me. I would also like as many of the links as possible to be on sites that are of page rank 1 or above.

For obvious reasons I would only like links to be on sites, forums, blogs etc that are relevant to the topic of toddlers or children.
