Link Builder Required

I require the assistance of a link builder as I am short on time with one of my projects.

I require only 5 High Quality links from different c classes for one of my keywords.

Please note I am an SEO so will know whether or not the links are of quality. If needed I can provide ready made content that is well written with a good keyword density. I will not accept blog comments or newly created blog pages as I can do this myself.
