Legal assistance

We are based in London and have two debtors, owing substantial money to us; one debtor whom we have already obtained Judgement on the debt last year. The County Court baillifs were unable to obtain satisfaction on the debt. We now wish to institute bankruptcy proceedings against the debtor who lives in Manchester.

The second debtor who lives in London has already been served a statutory demand by us and has ignored it. We now wish to apply for bankruptcy proceedings and require a professional knowledgeable person to conduct both cases to their conclusion. We realise the risks involved for us that we may not recover our costs. However both parties have assets which we hope will encourage them to come to a settlement.

As we are a Charity, we want to keep our costs to the minimum.
