A legal opinion is sought on the actions taken against a director and minority shareholder who has been removed from Companies House as a director and the shareholding reduced in value to the actions of the other shareholder/director. The advice via employment law options are not needed as that claim is now out of time.

I require a detailed report based on the documents and history showing my current legal options and merits. From the time of bid acceptance I require the work completed within 1 business day from the time you receive the documents/information.

I may also have some questions arising out your report so please include those in the bid. Due to my current health issues I only wish to deal with this via email.
