Lead generation

We are launching a new city magazine for Worcester and need an efficient worker to generate leads with advertisers. They are mostly small, local businesses or sole traders.

The lead is the person who deals with advertising/marketing (often the owner). You will need to familiarise yourself with the magazine and a few simple facts (distribution, prices etc).

Process:

We require someone to establish the first contact, introduce the magazine to the right person within the organisation, get the name of the relevant person and confirm postal address and obtain their email address.

The lead will receive a free sample copy of the magazine and an email outlining the product and linking to our website. ie you are not required to generate appointments, just get the right details of the right person to post the magazine to and provide that initial introduction to our product.

You are not required to send the follow up email or post the magazine - we do all of this work.

I want to do an initial trial run of 200 businesses to see where we get and then if all seems to be going okay will expand to approx 1,500 businesses for the next phase.

This work can lead to the subsequent follow-up sales work for the right person.
