Description

Hi there,

I own four properties in London that I rent out by room. Up until now I have been handling everythign myself, with the help of a small administrative team. However, I am now tired of tenants trashing my properties, paying rent late, etc, and me having to pick up the pieces and pay for everything.

I would like to find someone who can give me advice on my lease, tell me where I can legally charge a tenant for any breaches, and also help me to serve any legal documents like section 8, section 12, etc...

If you can quote how much you would charge per document that would be useful, and also an hourly rate for anything else.

Thanks,
Leanne

    Hi Leanne .
You are willing to pay for information that is freely available on the www? Well, speaking as a residential landlord, I would advise you to visit the Residential Landlords Association at http://www.rla.org.uk/
You can join the RLA if you wish, and you won't have to pay solicitors for info that you can get for free. Take care.
