Jquery Tabbed Box

Im looking to include an new tabbed content box within my site with tabs so that users can navigate around my different areas of text within one page.

I already have the box design, but currently when somebody clicks on one of the tabs it opens a new page instead of showing the content on the same page.

I have attached an example to those who are interested.
