Joomla web developer

I am a newly established business owner with various clients that require their business websites to be re-designed. As I am still very much in the learning stage, I am looking to tie up with web designers/developers with a sound knowledge of Joomla, PHP/MySQL databases with a sound knowledge of CSS/HTML and who can assist with the server side also. I would ideally like someone from within the United Kingdom that speaks fluent English and can work to tight deadlines where possible. The above could involve more than 1 developer, although I would wish to see evidence of both recent and past work in the form of a portfolio. I have several projects that require assistance and the hourly rate would need to be discussed prior to commencement of any work being undertaken. Probably around the £10 to £15 per hour mark. What I would be looking for is a basic site structure delivered following my submission, I would provide a Fireworks wire frame/screen layout of the site to be developed.
