Joomla PHP developer

As per our chat, if you really think a custom component is the way to
go on Joomla 2.5 can you get me a price. So i basically need all the
functionality of the current website, but the website must be very
very fast!!!

Except :

1. Login Page - This is NOT required. Se we dont need anyone to be
able to register on the website. Instead please move the FAQ link in
the footer to this button. Instead of this we are going to do an Edit
Form as seen on

click “Edit Business Info”

So this is basically a copy of the add form with the business info
listed, and when anyone updates or adds information on the form the
listing will move to the awaiting approval list where i will approve.

I need to show what the field data/listing was, and what the person
wants to change it to - So i need a history recorded of the changes.

2) The list of changes i sent you in the latest document, items 1 to 7. Please see attached doc

3) Favorites Page (but i need this if we clear cookies/cache the
listing is still shown)

4) Ratings stars - currently you are only able to click on this in the more info page, please change this that you are able to click on on the entire website.

Sobi2 Funtionality i need in upgrade

1. Add / Delete / Rename Categories
2. A new listing added from the front end needs to be approved by me.
3. I need to be able to view / edit / add / search for listings.
