Title:Interactive online radio station website required - (eCommerce)
Location:Anywhere
Job Description
We require a professional interactive website for our online radio station. The website would need to be professional designed like Capital Radio, or LBC Radio websites (UK), with the essential technology to listen LIVE to the station 24/7.
I already have the company logo and will supply the relevant copy/content too including miscellaneous images for each page on the website.
An integral part of the web development would be to have an eCommerce aspect of being able to sell the various advertising & sponsorhip packages online.

Thanks,

S. P. on 14/10/2010 11:46Hi Bobby, thanks very much for posting this job.
With regards to the shop for advertisers and sponsors, will this be full eCommerce site with "off-the-shelf" advertising packages for advertisers to buy and pay for online? I would have thought you would need manual intervention from your side to ask your customer how long they want the spot to run for, whether they want a bed or just a dry voiceover, any sound effects and whether they only want their spot to run at specific times of the day? These options would be fairly difficult (and expensive) to programme into the site, so would you be happy with a basic contact form (for customers to fill in and your accounts/traffic departments to get back to and discuss their requirements) followed by a simple invoice system to process online payments via PayPal? If so this would greatly reduce the costs (I assume you're a community radio station) and I would be able to place a bid within your budget range.
PS: As well as web designing, can you guess which other industry I work in from the language and terminology I use? ;)
Regards,
Stuart Pinfold

Are you up for the challenge?

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
