Interactive Web Game design

I have a small project I was hoping someone could help me with.
This is for my Uni course so there is not a massive budget.
I am a British graphic designer and I've been working in the industry for over 14 years but I've decided to finally complete my degree in Graphics.

I'm working on a project for my course. I have vast experience in printed design but not so much in interactive and web design and I need some help in coding and producing what I want.

Here is a brief summary of what I want to achieve.
I want to create a very simple interactive online game. I have designed some characters (British musicians) who will appear on the faces of 3 dimensional cubes
There will be 3 cubes stacked one on top of another.
The top cube will show the heads of the characters,
the second will show the body and
the bottom cube will show the legs and feet.
(All of this I have produced and will provide as photoshop files or whatever format you need)
I want the cubes to spin around horizontally showing the different faces, when the user clicks stop the top cube will slow down and one character's face will be shown. They will then be prompted to spin the second cube and match the correct body to the head. When this is done correctly I would like a sound effect like a cheer or applause. Then the third cube will spin in the same manner until the correct legs are found. Once all faces of the cubes are matched I would like the user to receive a reward in the form of access to play a song/video by the particular musician.Hope that made sense!

I can provide you with all the elements needed to create the web page and I have attached detailed photoshop visuals of exactly what I want.

I only need to make 4 characters spin at the moment with a view to more in the future.
