Integrate html template to the php script

I have a php script which using smarty template .tpl files. I made a new template and saved in html. The script have a lot sub page, but you have to change just 5 files, because all the settings will load automatically to the other pages. Example the header, footer, and content will be the same everywhere, and the content will be the original. So basically i looking someone who can integrate my html tempkate to my site. No need to to design, no need to do developing.

Simple and easy few hours job, so please think before you send a 50- 60-100£ bid. Registered developers with own companies do this job for 100-150£, but we all know its not true for a freelancers. The winner will be who can offer me a cheapest price for this job.
