Title:Informal Powerpoint and Excel 2007 Training - and ongoing support
Location:Remote
Job Description
I am setting up a new small company I need some initial support in using more advanced Excel and Powerpoint (to the level of producing graphs and charts from excel spreasheets - see attached presentation).
This would ideally involve 2 - 3 half day sessions in London on a F2F basis - although it might be possible to do this remotely (though F2F preferred)
Subsequent to this there is the opportunity for virtual office assistance in writing and supporting us on particular presentation and office management tasks (from home via email) - but this is an optional extension to the project on both sides.
Great opportunity to get involved in supporting a new business!!
Probably best to quote per hour

A. M. on 10/03/2010 10:14 amDear Andrew
Thank you for inviting me to bid. As I use a Mac I use a slightly older version of Powerpoint and Excel so although I would be able to help you out I think another provider would probably have slightly better expertise in the training side of things. However if you would like me to bid for the Virtual PA aspect of your role going forward this is something I would relish the opportunity to work on. As you are London based I am happy to meet up to discuss after putting in a bid. Please let me know if you would like me to bid on this aspect and I will submit my proposal asap.
Many thanks
Allison

H. L. on 10/03/2010 13:52 pmHi Andrew,
I'm keen to bid on this, but I'm having trouble accessing your example power point file. All I get is the error message: "the file /home/people/www//uploads/Project-Sample.pptx does not exists!". I've tried at different times, on different computers and using different browsers, so I think it's a problem at the web site end.

Hope that the problem has been solved - I've uploaded the sample again in a couple of different formats
G. S. on 14/03/2010 15:36 pmHi,
I am located in India and I can assist you with the presentation and excel work via video conferencing (on skype) if that's fine with you. Also would look forward to do any Admin task for your new business. I have a good knowledge of MS Office 2007.
I am not sure about the hours you would like me to work for you, thus posting my reply here. Keen to hear from you.
Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Gunjan

- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
