I Have 2 situations I need help with

I run a small IT Support business and am looking for freelance IT engineers to assist me when needed. I cover all of London so need engineers that could potentially cover zones 1-4.

You will need to be competent in the following:
1. General troubleshooting
2. 98-Windows 7 capable
3. Windows Small Business Server 2003-2008
4. DSL router configuration
5. Virus removal
6. Data Recovery

So - Please bid your rate for helping me with this.
note: All successful applicants will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement and freelancer contract and accept our terms and conditions.

I am going away for 1 month, and as I work for myself - I need people on the ground here who can keep my business running until I return. I\'m not sure how this will work yet as there are endless possibilities so please feel free to offer a solution.

Obviously, I\'m going to get phonecalls and although I could potentially answer them and pass work on - it would spoil my time off plus it would cost me a small fortune to answer internationally.... but it\'s an option.

Remember - Unless i actually get work - im earning nothing.....
so for those of you that demand a set wage - this isn\'t going to work.

I could perhaps post a job for a telephone answerer to co-ordinate with a list of engineers - actually that sounds like a good idea. Think i\'ll post a job for that and see what happens....

but yes - please also reply with any solutions you can offer and the cost of that.



As for the actual jobs - when you go to a client job, they pay us by credit/debit card
