Job Description

We are a new company providing data capture and bar coding solutions to the retail/warehouse and field service industries.

Our blog launched recently and I would like someone to assist me in creating content for it. The subject matter will be mainly I.T based so experience in this area is essential.

I would be looking for approx 2 articles per week on varying subjects, those subjects may include:

Mobility solutions
Cloud computing
SaaS
Industry specific articles targeted at retail/field service solutions
Wireless/communications
Emerging technology

Each article should be around 600 words and should be informational/educational in tone. The purpose of these articles is to share information and experience, giving the reader something to think about and ideally engage with.

You will need to ensure you are comfortable and experienced in writing this type of material. We are happy to supply a list of subjects or you are welcome to suggest your own.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
