I need web design/coding service for my pet shop

Hello everyone !
I need professional web design/coding service for my pet shop.
I'm owner of pet shop in Charleston in SC ( USA ) and i would like to start online sales.
I already have 2Checkout and Moneybookers account so you will need to integrate them with my new web store.
I need web site with following :

1. Pets design, to have a lot of animal images ( mostly Cats and Dogs ) and nice colors like red,blue and yellow.
2. Fully functional ecommerce web store, with Control Panel where i could check sales, insert new products and so on.
3. Integrated Moneybookers and 2Checkout payment system
4. Contact Us and Find Us page where our customers could contact us via online form, find our address and so on, i will also provide images of our store which you will need to put in Find us page
5. About Us page, where everybody could read something more about our store, i will provide text for that.

I need really good web site, so please do not bid if you are not very good web site designed and coder.
