Description

Highly motivated home working telesales people required for outbound telesales project. You will be selling lifestyle, home and garden products direct to consumers who have already expressed an interest.

The right candidates will have a positive attitude, good communication skills and be happy to work independently.

You must be UK based and speak fluent English.

You will need to have access to a landline telephone (we will cover the cost of calls).
You will also need internet access as ordering information will need to be entered into a web-based application.

We will agree a fixed hourly rate with you or offer an uncapped commission on sales you make (which ever is higher). We put no limits to what you can earn!

Full training will be provided.

Following an initial trial period, long term opportunities are available based on performance.

    Dear Sam, Thank you for your interest in our project. I would like to provide you with a few more details about the job, so you can consider if you would still like to get involved. Our company sells products using print ads, inserts, over the phone and online. As a way of recruiting new customers, we are using an automated telemarketing system to contact people and ask them to complete a survey • no live operator is used during this process. To fully understand this, you can call 02034760143 to hear the survey • please remember that in real life, the prospect will be receiving this call and not dialling in. As you can hear, we are making it absolutely clear that the caller will be asked to pay for the special offer. This way, the prospects that press 1 to speak to an operator, will be expecting to pay. Your job will be to convert as many prospects as possible into buyers. You will offer them a range of products at £9.99 + p&p. Once they have accepted the offer • you will also offer them up-sell products at no extra P&P. Your minimum target will be 4 sales per hour. We are offering £7 per hour for meeting the minimum target, or % of sales • whichever is higher, so the more you sell • the more you earn. You can work flexible hours, but we will need a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. As an initial phase, we will commit to buy 15 hours of your time at £7 per hour, and let you try to meet the target. If you mange to meet the target and we agree to continue working together, we will negotiate larger bulk hours.
