Home page design modification

We're working on a Home page design and have most of it in place but there's some central elements that need to be 'bedded-in' by a designer who knows what's what.

The only issue I have with this job is that I need it turned around quickly, even as I know a designer of talent is not hanging around waiting for me to connect....

In any case, I'm looking for a designer for jobs that arise from time to time.
