Job Description

Our company provides instantaneous, high quality, 10 page fully editable websites to Tennis Clubs. Each website includes a 12 page Photo Gallery, 'How to Find Us' link, visit counter and date last viewed The Club is given a Username and Password so that they can update, upload photos etc as and when they wish.

No technical knowledge is needed to update the website and the cost is ONLY £100 per annum with no hidden extra charges. This makes it VERY EASY TO SELL particularly as we also offer a 3 week trial period to ensure that the Club is completely happy before they make payment.

We require a Sales Person(s) to contact Tennis Clubs who do not have websites to ascertain whether they would be interested in having one of our websites. If a Club is interested the Sales Person would then complete details on our website and submit. The Club's website would be activated instantaneously.

The Sales Person(s) must have broadband, be computer literate, have Telemarketing experience and will be responsible for maintaining a Phone Log Excel Spreadsheet

.Initially we will provide 100 leads with name of contact and telephone number on the Spreadsheet. Most calls, but not all, would have to be made in the evening or at the weekend.

Payment will be made in three parts:

1. Please provide a price for telephoning 100 Clubs, maintaining contact and keeping spreadsheet up to date.
2. When a Club accepts a trial period offer we will pay £5.
3. If the Club continues with the website after the trial period we will pay a further £20.

The project is in the embryonic stage and there will be further opportunities for the right person.

Hello, do you provide the list of clubs & are you planning on taking any payment albeit post dated or are you invoicing after the 3 weeks. Re the telemarketers payment timeframe will you be waiting for clearance etc before paying the telemarketer the commission & the when will fixed fee for the calls be made. Thanks

Many thanks for your interest.

Yes I would supply you with a list of 100 Clubs.

I will invoice Clubs after 3 week trial period but will pay you £5 for each Club who you register for a free trial at the end of each week.

On receipt of £100 from a Club I will immediately pay you a further £20 for each club.

After you have completed the telephone calls and spreadsheet I will pay the fixed fee.

Hi Ralph, thank you for the clarification, I have an unusual question, coming I guess from years of experience! it worries me slightly that you are paying fixed fee on completion only because when would we deem completion to be? ie there could be clubs we never get through to...........I can imagine that with clubs we are going to be calling homes. I have done a number of b2c campaigns & always there are some you never get through to.

Just wondered!!

Especially within telesales b2b you are bound to have those potential clients that you just cant reach, so I would like to know what you would deem as completeion please?

Hi Sue

Very good question and I obviously have not thought it through properly! I suggest payment is made after 6 weeks of start - this will give time to follow up Club's who have decided to have the 3 week trial period to ensure that they are happy with the service.
However an alternative (accepted by another person) is to forgo the fixed price and instead have £25 for each Club who decides to have a website. i.e. £5 for trial + £25 for each Club which takes a website.
