Title:High Quality Sales Executive Sought
Location:Anywhere
Job Description
Well spoken home telesales personnel wanted for a quality company selling the services of a website to the legal profession. Our's is the only website that attempts to bring ALL of the legal profession together in one place - like a legal directory.
As an example of how this site can be sold : for a solicitor to advertise 1 job vacancy in a legal magazine would cost around £1,500.00 for a small advert (I work in this profession and know just how high the costs can be). To advertise on our website would cost a solicitor £550 PA payable in monthly installments. For this price the solicitor gets a years membership where they could advertise the services the firm offers, have access to personnel and procedural documents, publish an unlimited amount of job vacancies, publish legal courses and announcements and participate in a legal blog. As soon as there are enough registered members We will negotiate supplier discounts for all registered customers!
To succeed you must be confident and extremely well spoken. Whilst a basic salary will be given commission will be paid for each customer who signs up. High earning potential for successful candidates - however you will be unemployed and you will be paying you own tax and national insurance. All invoices raised and paid will ONLY be paid through this site. DO NOT bid or contact us if you are looking to operate outside of this site.

C. B. on 10/02/2012 12:03Hi Richard.
No, not proposing, but have run a campaign contacting UK Solicitors and lawyers in the past and I know the first thing they will do is check to see if your site is on first page of Google as part of their decision making process.

R. M. on 10/02/2012 13:45Hi Wendy,
i am really looking for direct sales.
in the legal industry to advertise one job in the Gazette (lawyer magazine) for 1/8th of a page advert costs about £1,800.00 i am offering a years membership on the website, where amongst other things a person can publish an unlimited amount of legal jobs. it should be quite easy to sell.
regards
R. G. on 04/04/2012 18:22Hi Richard,
Had a look at the site and, while I appreciate the savings that advertisers would make over print advertising in industry publications, I am not too clear on how they would come across your site in the first place. I googled a number of appropriate vacancies e.g., duty solicitor etc., but failed to find your site on the first 10 pages. Do you have some sort of campaign in place (SEO/Direct marketing) or are you advertising your site in print media aimed at the legal profession?
Regards,
Rob

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
