Job Description

Hi I am looking for a web designer/programming to design a prototype of a website concept. The website idea is to help construction workers find work.
I need help with visualizing the prototype and how to develop this concept to become a good proposal for a website. you will need to design the site completely, think through account register, logins etc. It will be a very simple and wont take much designing. will be about 7-10 pages deep include all login etc.

We are a small start up company and have a limited budget so please dont apply if you are looking for the earth, I think this would take a talent designer about 8 hours to complete, i have a very (very) rough photoshop file showing idea, take you through the project before you begin (once bid is accepted).

Dear Nathan,

could you please clarify whether this job includes only designing the web or also the programming part (with regards to budget)?

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
