Help with our Facebook campaign

We are looking for somebody to help us with our Facebook page - in particular the below:

A full branded ‘Welcome’ tab which is interactive – including relevant links back to our website and other social media platforms. It needs to encourage people to ‘Like’ our page by adding some value – (i.e. Like our page and get a free job search tips whitepaper… or something along those lines).

The Welcome tab is the most important part at the moment but after that it would be good to have a branded ‘Work for Us’ tab – which looks like an extension of our website and includes things such as the ‘Day in the Life Of’ videos, options to share the jobs with friends etc.

We would appreciate bids from people who can both advise how we can improve our facebook presence as well as carry out changes to our existing page.
