Title:Help in preparing terms and conditions and legal guidance for online website

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

A website that organises online prize draws for anyone wishing to sell their possessions by giving them as a prize in an online draw. We require legal guidance in preparing/re-drafting our terms and conditions for the website and also to \'rubber stamp\' the process of conducting the draws, which we feel falls within the law but would still feel more at ease with a legal professional casting an eye over it. An immediate start would be appreciated.
