Description

My company has been accused in the Patents County Court of a trade mark infringement, although it has been operating under the name for 17 years. I've been advised unofficially that I have a very strong defence, but because the other side has deep pockets I will probably loose on legal technicality. Unable to afford the legal representation I lodged the defence myself using Internet research. However, the other side lodged an application to strike out the defence and I am afraid that I am about to run into the legal technicalities.

As a small business I am unable to instruct anyone to take on the complete case, however an advice on further procedures/ pointers to writing letters is now required otherwise my business is RIP. My total budget on this case is in low hundreds of pounds.
