Job Description

I need a simple website that will showcase Halloween party products.

Here is a brief outline of the proposed site.

I would like the following structure to the website:-

1. Home page - with links to 3 levels of party pack - gold/silver/bronze. Would also like to offer a "remind me next year" service to capture e-mail addresses and to offer a seasonal party newsletter.
2. Single page for each level of party pack - gold/silver/bronze. It will list the contents of each "package" and provide a simple calculator that allows the price of the pack to be calculated using the number of guests.
3. Secure online checkout. Please recommend an engine, I have paypal account set up.

I have a domain name and webhosting in place. Upon award will need this site ready for October 1st 2010.
