HTML5 Animation

I'm looking for someone to make the basics of an HTML5 football animation. I want it to read coordinates for each player and the ball from an XML file. These will then be represented on a canvas as individual circles, these circles will then all move to the next set of coordinates as it loops through the XML file.

The XML file contains coordinates for each second.

I only need the basics of this building, I will then tweak and polish it in terms of design.
