Who are we?

We are a property start-up, we have a revolutionary product that will change the way people let property in the UK. The two founders have over 25 years business experience in technology and marketing respectively.

We are based in Central London.

What we want to do?

We are building an exciting web application that will change the way people manage lettings. There is a detailed specification, which has been developed over the last 6 months, which will be shared in the interview. We anticipate that the total build time will be 3 months or less

Who are you?

You are an authority on web development, interface design and web 2.0, with strong opinions about web standards and technology. You will have excellent communication skills and be able grasp complex ideas quickly. The role will start as a contract assignment but will change to permanent if you are the right person.

You will have a portfolio of your work that can demonstrate the following,

1. UI Excellence
2. Integration with other platforms via XML
3. Data driven Websites

What do you need to know?

1. Guru PHP & PHP Frameworks (Symfony)
2. Master HTML5/CSS
3. AJAX / JavaScript
4. MySQL
5. XML & Web services

What would be nice for you to know?

1. Social Media API’s

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
