Graphic Designer

I\'m producing a four-page A4 printed newsletter focusing on business and industry in an Asian country which will be circulated to potential investors and other interested parties in the UK and other parts of Europe. I will be writing all the stories and headlines and sourcing the photos, What I need is a skilled, creative and experienced designer to 1) create a masthead for the cover of the newsletter; and 2) lay-out the pages for me and make any necessary amendments before submitting print-ready PDF files which can be forwarded to my printer. I need someone who knows what they\'re doing; has a professional, straightforward attitude and is easy to work with.
