Hello. I require two A4 PDF docs designed Details given below. I have sketched the layout by hand and have the pictures/logo's/text all ready. Will need some further input from the designer. Thank you.
As a provider of a range of service solutions,
Consensus is focussing on providing services that
can meet the very specialist needs of some
individuals, by providing; small scale and bespoke
services.
We are currently developing a bespoke residential
service for adults with a learning disability who
have been diagnosed with pre onset dementia.
This service will offer permanent residential beds,
self contained apartments and respite care.
This specialist service is situated in 2 acres of
landscaped gardens in Hendy, Carmarthen, close to
Llanelli, Carmarthen town and Swansea.
The service will provide a person centred support
to adults with a learning disability and pre onset
dementia.
Our staff are trained and experienced in working
with individuals with a learning disability and
dementia. There is much research which indicates
that individuals with a Learning disability and
dementia are often inappropriately placed in older
person services, where the knowledge and
experience of working with people with a learning
disability is not available.
The service will be supported by our behavioural
specialist team.
Individuals will be accommodated in spacious,
individually styled en suite bedrooms, constructed
to a high specification and, following individual
assessment, fitted out in accordance with the
specific needs of each individual.
There will be assisted baths with jacquzzi facilitiy;
specialist dementia design features include:
• Memory boxes outside rooms,
• PIR sensors
• Open fronted furniture
• A sensory garden
Our staff will focus on person centred outcomes for
individuals and enhancing the quality of people’s
lives.
We are now in the position of accepting referrals
for this service.
