Graduate Recruitment Website

Dorset Software predominately recruits at graduate level. We recruit 10-15 graduates per year.

Almost all graduates interviewed find our recruitment day beneficial and a positive experience and we have a relatively high conversion rate for people who come to interview. We need to present this same impression and branding to potential applicants prior to their application to maximise the number that apply to Dorset Software. We are confident that increasing the number of suitable applicants will have a direct effect on the number of people that we offer jobs to and accept.

Most of the traffic to the website is direct from Prospects or careers service advertising. The new website is designed to increase the number of conversion rate from people that look at the website to applications.

The graduate recruitment website will be a stand-alone site with separate branding from the main site which is attractive to our target graduate market.
