Google PPC Expert required for UK based website

Looking for an experienced freelancer with Google certification to set up a PPC campaign for a new online courier comparison website.

Responsibilities: Right from keyword research and selection to bid and budget management; we need a complete package whereby once its active, we can leave it running for a set period without the need of any further tweaks.

Duration: This contract is for a one-off campaign but we might convert it to an ongoing management contract at a later stage.

About us: We operate as an online marketplace of shipments/deliveries linking transporters directly to customers - Customers post shipment requests and Transporters bid for delivery of those shipments in a reverse auction format. Transporters benefit by getting more money per journey by utilising their spare capacity and it also saves them time searching for new business. And the Customer gets a bargain.

Since we are a small start-up business, we are working on a tight budget and want to start off with £5 daily budget.
