Good Designer and Copywriter needed for Joomla Page

I have a very simple job i'd like you to do.
Put simply, I have this page:

and this page is replicated across many different areas throughout the UK.

What I want is for someone to simply re-design this "joomla article" to be more user friendly, graphical, engaging and professional.

I like the medium icon and the b+w icons on this link however not sure how you can incorporate something similar to my page. Icons for services perhaps -

From my website - you can see I offer many services and service many areas. I can deal with all that - but it's the design side of it i'm interested in.

My page relates to providing IT Support in the home and business, computer repairs, laptop repairs, training, windows installation, web design, online data backup asll of which I need to engage the customer with.

This isnt a full web redesign but simply 1 page that will interact with the user and hopefully generate more leads and phonecalls.

Would prefer an original design that a copied one but as mentioned open to ideas.
I'd also like the copy re-written to again, entice users to call or pay.

This page is one of many I am seeking help with so good bids will have more work to follow.
