Generate leads and set appointments

My one-man company was formed in late 2010 and provides IT services to local small businesses. As a new company I am looking to build my customer base; as my strengths are in IT not sales I am looking for the services of a freelancer to generate leads and set appointments for me.
I will provide full details of my business in particular the services I\'d like to focus on in this campaign to the successfuly bidder.
In your bid please describe all aspects of the approach you will take with this job, including generation of leads through to reporting results to me. In your bid please identify all information you will require from me before commencing this job.
I am based in the Milton Keynes / Bedford area and am looking for business within a 20 mile radius.
If successful, this could result in regular work as my business grows.
