French Translation - Property Documents

I have two documents, 1 is 23 pages long and the other 21 pages long. They are in french and I need them translated to English. One is a lease agreement and the other is a promise of sale.
They are quite technical documents with regard to the property terminology and so we need someone who has worked with this kind of document before.
We also have quite a short timeline that we need these documents translated in so it is important that it can be given full attention.
