Job Description
I run a small consultancy working with small to mid sized businesses. Part of the service I provide involves a range of documents, such as handbooks which I would like my clients to be able to download from either my website or from using web enabled technology. Some of the documents will be forms that need to be completed online and submitted to a third party within the same company, either by email or using electronic signature.
The document bank needs to be searchable either by index or content page. Access to the document bank needs to have secure login for each client and I need to have master access to be able to update and amend all documents in each bank.

Y. A. on 27/03/2010 07:21The documents are all currently in word format. My intention is to have them be accessible to my clients in word of PDF format, depending on thier perference. I amn not sure what you mean by the last part of your question, but I need my clients to be able to search either by using a search function or by accessing the content/idex page. I hope this helps.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
