Flash website

I just purchased a pre-made flash website “template” on the net this week and I seek someone with experience in design and development within the new media industry with an exceptional understanding of user interface Design and Development.

Someone skilled in many areas of web based applications, ecommerce and e-learning Development, and excel with flash development. I also has a solid and thorough working knowledge of all Adobe applications, including Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premier, After Effects and 3DS Max and have hands-on experience in using Actionscript CSS , HTML, Xhtml XML, Ajax, ASP technology, Php 5.0, JavaScript, MySQL.

I need someone who can quickly and easily manipulate this template to suit my product needs, and also apply a PayPal shopping cart to the site.
